• Conception and implementation of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads

In this position, you will be responsible for customer support and retention. Your tasks include:

• Quick and efficient processing of customer inquiries via email and phone
• Proactive availability for our customers to address their problems in a solution-oriented manner.
• Use and maintenance of customer care systems like WeClapp and Jira to manage and track customer inquiries.
• Documentation and tracking of customer inquiries to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
